The production process of traffic signs
The aluminum coil is unfolded on the decoiler, and it's cut into aluminum sheets of corresponding size by the cutting machine.
Then put it on the punching machine to punch the corners and fold edge.
Punching holes in the aluminum sheet, put in the nails and turn it over, place the aluminum profile, drive nail with a rivet gun, and then smooth the nail marks.
Put the aluminum sheets together, and attach the whole piece of reflective film to it.
The workers cut the reflective film and trim the edge, apply reflective film around its edges and center.
Finally paste the content, and the traffic sign is completed.
